What this website is
An educational resource describing proctological conditions and the laser techniques used to treat them, written and reviewed by a DHA-licensed consultant surgeon. It exists so that patients arrive at a consultation informed rather than frightened.
What it is not
It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment recommendation for your particular case, and not a substitute for examination. Reading it does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Only a physician who has examined you can tell you what you have and what you should do about it.
On outcomes
Procedure durations, pain scores, recovery timelines and success rates on this site reflect published international literature and typical clinic experience. They are representative ranges, not promises. Your result depends on your disease stage, your anatomy, your general health and what you do afterwards. No outcome is guaranteed, and any clinic that guarantees one should be treated with caution.
